Some of my recent workout
Yesterday I did some upperbody work - 4x10 push-up, and 4x4 pull-up, today felt a little sore on my lats, its been quite some time I didnt do push up and pullup, the day before ytd i watched some highlite on Damian Lillard in the NBA, and i was amazed that he got so good strength when shooting long range shots, so i went to do some pushup and pullup, I think it helps on my shooting.
Now my workout included some simple plyometrics as well, they are ankle jump, tuck jump and donkey kick, these are what i learned from Taylor Allen workout video. Those plyo work did help to develop a quicker release and power.
