The dangerous of Coke

If you like to drink soft drink (eg. coke, cola, 7up, 100 plus, etc), if you like to eat processed food (eg. sausage, snacks, sweet, chewing gum, etc)

Your chances of getting cancers is higher, but I wont say its higher than the people that dont eat processed foods, because cancers also partly determines by individuals genes, but eating them making you more vulnerable to cancers.

 Lets take a common example:

Lets see what I found on http://blog.fooducate.com/2009/06/30/11-quick-facts-about-phosphoric-acid-yes-that-chemical-in-coca-cola/

==> 6. Phosphoric acid is commonly used for rust removal.

==>8. Phosphoric acid has been linked to lower bone density in some epidemiological
studies, including a discussion in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

==> 10. Aside from the risk of osteoporosis, cola consumption has also been linked to chronic kidney disease and kidney stones.

And then from http://www.livestrong.com/article/468217-why-is-phosphoric-acid-bad-for-you/

~~>General Side Effects:

When phosphoric acid powders are inhaled or come in

contact with skin and other body tissues, it can cause

dermatitis, pain, tearing, blurred vision, difficulty swallowing

or breathing and gastrointestinal problems.

~~>Bones

A study published in the “Archives of Pediatric and
Adolescent Medicine” in 2000 found that athletic teen girls
who consume colas have five times the risk of bone
fractures as those who don’t consume cola drinks.

~~>Teeth
According to a study published in 2007 in “General

Dentistry,” phosphoric acid in soda causes tooth enamel

erosion, even at low levels.

NBA players which I learn from

They are Wesley Matthew in the Portland Trail Blazers and Jrue Holiday in the New Orlean Pelicans, I think they have much more smooth and steady pace in their skills, which I do not need to slow down the video when watching them on the video, they do it with much relax and slower pace but also steady (but they also can do it in faster pace when they need it), especially when they shoot jumpshot and 3 point, not like players like Russel Westbrook and Derrick Rose, they mostly jump fairly high in their shooting, since I am not than explosive and strong, I would prefer a more steady and slower approach which do not require me using too much athleticism (I am still working on strength). My take is, everyone can try out different approaches and then figure out which one suitable for your own style and keep improving.

Stars sky

I like to look at the sky with star at night, it means that the weather must be good, I remember when I was in Kampar, I would cycle at night and look at the sky when the weather was good, I have seen lot of stars in the sky, it was really beautiful, since then on I make looking at sky at night my hobby, I really enjoy it and it was kind of romantical. It makes me feel very relax and indulges me.I think everyone should try to do it once in a while.
